I must confess that I’m not a big fan of eating all healthy foods. I’m a big fan of food. I enjoy all things, especially cheese and bacon. But lately, I am trying to be more aware of not only what I eat, but how much. I’m happy to say that I’ve found a perfect breakfast food. It’s a yogurt that I was introduced to at the International Food Bloggers Conference in Seattle last month. It’s soooo creamy and smooth and filling. It has about 300 calories, but I can honestly say that when I start my day with one of these amazing yogurts, I am not hungry, nor do I snack on junk food before lunch. So far, I have had the blueberry and the honey. Both are mighty tasty.
